The world of diets and ‘healthy’ nutrition sucks.


It’s boring and strikes fear into the heart of everyone wanting to eat healthy food.


And then we add the summer season to the mix and people have a panic attack. Vacations, cottage weekends, beaches, backyard barbeques and everything else all summer seems to be the opposite of healthy eating.




What can you do?


Most people just write off the summer and figure they will get back to ‘eating healthy’ in September.


What if I told you that you could eat amazing food AND eat healthy AND improve your health AND still enjoy all that summer has to offer?


It is all possible.







So now you’re wondering...what is this diet contest going to look like? 


You are expecting food journals, logs, counting calories, and all the typical ‘diet’ stuff.


I am on a mission to change the way you think about food and the way you think about your diet. 


So this is GOING TO BE DIFFERENT. 


Instead of going through what you CAN’T eat or what you ‘shouldn’t eat’ I want to completely shift the focus. 


Food is good. It’s delicious. And good, delicious food IS healthy. 


So that is what Coach Taylor’s Summer Cook Off is all about!!! 


We are going to focus on ADDING amazing healthy food to your life! And not giving any fucks about what you shouldn’t be eating. Instead of focusing on deprivation we are going to focus on great additions! 


How is that for a refreshing change??? 


Like my anti diet program this is a totally foreign concept in the world of healthy eating and the fitness industry won’t even recognize it. Oh well…..


There will be a learning component so each week the challenge will include some basic nutrition and cooking info!!

How it Works: 

Start Date: July 5th, 2021

End Date: August 30, 2021

Each week I will issue a theme or challenge. 

Participants will cook an amazing meal based on the weekly information that adheres to Coach Taylor’s healthy eating rules! 

Here's Why You Will Love This Online Challenge

I will judge from all of the meals what is the winner!

Based on my own personal criteria!!!! 

The weekly winner will win a $20 gift card!

At the end of week eight, I will compile the weekly winners and the entire group will vote on which meal was the best!

Again, based on criteria I will set out….the most important one….being was it delicious!!!!!! 

The overall winner as voted on by the group will receive the grand prize: $200   

And two nutrition related books from Coach Taylor’s favourites list!
